Returns
Items purchased from turnonehobbies.com can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Please see the instructions below for more information on our return policies.

Ordered the wrong product or no longer want the product:
If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact us at sales@turnonehobbies.com to initiate the return process. All products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original unopened packaging. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue credit within three business days.

Received defective product:
If you receive a product that you feel is defective, please try contacting the manufacturer. They are usually very helpful. If your product does not have any contact information for the manfacturer, contact us and we will provide you with their phone number and/or email address. If the issue cannot be resolved with the manufacturer, we will be more then happy to step in and help out. Just let us know.
